No. Sortx does not value property and will not quote a figure. For a valuation request it collects the facts your agency requires and books the valuation appointment when the checks pass, so a valuer arrives with the full picture. The valuation itself is your team’s judgement.

No. Sortx does not dispatch contractors. It captures a structured repair report — what is broken, where, since when and the access details your agency asks for — and sends it to the branch, contractor-ready. A person decides what happens next.

Nothing is booked. Sortx checks the property, your coverage, eligible staff and capacity in the connected diary before offering any appointment. If a check cannot pass, the enquiry leaves as a handover with everything already collected, so your team continues rather than starts again.
