The mailboxes your branch already runs, connected

It gives Sortx the mailboxes it is allowed to read. Once an inbox is connected during setup, Sortx reads the enquiries that arrive there, asks the follow-up questions your agency requires, checks the property, coverage, staff eligibility and connected-diary capacity, and books a viewing or valuation when those checks pass. When they do not, the enquiry and everything collected go to your team.

A shared inbox decides who looks at a message. It still needs a person to read it, work out what is missing, chase it and book it. Sortx progresses the enquiry itself and hands your team completed work — an appointment, a qualified enquiry, a structured repair report or a handover — instead of another thing to open.

Sortx works with the inboxes your agency connects during setup. It does not read mailboxes it has not been connected to, and coverage applies only to those connected inboxes. We confirm exactly which of your mailboxes Sortx would answer — branch, info@, lettings or an individual’s — during onboarding or a demo, before you commit.

Yes, when the required checks pass. Before any appointment is offered, Sortx checks the property, your coverage area, eligible staff and capacity in connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendars. If a check cannot pass, nothing is booked and the request goes to your team with the facts already collected.

It is handed over, not guessed at. The original message, the facts collected so far and the remaining decision travel together to your team, so whoever picks it up starts with the full picture rather than rebuilding the thread.

Supported inbound conversations are answered outside branch hours, following the availability and escalation rules you set. An out-of-hours enquiry must pass exactly the same checks before anything is booked — your branch hours and booking rules still apply.
