Yes, when the required checks pass. Before any slot is offered, Sortx checks the property, your coverage area, staff eligibility and capacity in connected Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendars. If any check fails, nothing is booked and the request travels to your team with the property reference and the facts already collected.

Supported inbound conversations are answered outside branch hours under the availability and escalation rules you set. An out-of-hours enquiry must pass exactly the same checks against genuine diary capacity as one at 11am — your branch hours and booking rules still apply.

Yes. When judgement is needed, the original request, the facts collected so far and the remaining decision travel together to your team — including which property the enquiry was about. Nobody has to ring back and ask which listing it was.
